By accessing or using CT Boat Services ("the directory"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the directory.

Directory Use

CT Boat Services is an informational directory of marine service providers in Connecticut. Listings are compiled from publicly available information and user-supplied data. You may use the directory for personal, non-commercial research and to contact listed businesses.

No Warranty or Endorsement

We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any listed business information. Listings do not constitute endorsements or recommendations. Featured listings are paid placements, not quality assessments. Always verify details directly with the business before making decisions based on directory information.

Listing Claims & Corrections

Business owners may claim their listing through our verification process. Claim and correction submissions are reviewed by our team and may be accepted, rejected, or require follow-up before changes are published. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or decline any listing or submission at our discretion.

Featured Listings

Featured Listing subscriptions are billed monthly at $50/month through Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, Featured status is removed but the standard free listing is preserved.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the directory to submit false claims, impersonate a business you do not represent, scrape or harvest data in bulk, or engage in any activity that interferes with the operation of the directory.

Limitation of Liability

CT Boat Services is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on information in the directory.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the directory after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
